TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are the terms and conditions governing participation in the Empodérate & Trasciende Congress (hereinafter "the Congress"). By registering and participating in the event, attendees agree to abide by these provisions.
1. Registration and Payment
1.1. Registration for the Congress must be made through the official channels indicated by the organizers.
1.2. The registration fee is non-refundable, except in the cases indicated in the Refund Policies section.
1.3. Registration is personal and non-transferable.
2. Participation in the Event
2.1. Attendees must carry their access credentials throughout the event.
2.2. Minors are not permitted to enter, unless prior authorization is obtained from the organizers.
2.3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission and remain at the Congress.
3. Changes and Cancellations
3.1. The organizers reserve the right to modify the date, location or program of the Congress, notifying participants in advance.
3.2. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, the amount paid for registration will be refunded.
4. Use of Image and Personal Data
4.1. By participating, attendees authorize the use of their image in photographs, videos and promotional material for the Congress.
4.2. The personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be shared with third parties without authorization.
5. Responsibility
5.1. The organizers are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the event.
5.2. Attendees are responsible for their conduct during the Congress and must respect the rules established by the event venue.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The content of the conferences, workshops and material distributed during the Congress is the property of the organizers and speakers. Reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
7. Acceptance of Terms
7.1. Registration and attendance at the Congress implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Consent and Disclosure of Photos and Videos
I hereby give my consent for the Board of TRAINING & EMPORWERMENT WOMEN CONGRESS MB and all its employees, agents, and partners to use any photograph and any other image of me. Such uses may include but are not limited to: Any use in a program, catalog, schedule, newspaper, brochure, advertisement, or other publication or recording that describes, depicts, promotes, or announces TRAINING & EMPORWERMENT WOMEN CONGRESS MB or any operation of it, and any reproduction, republication, and other reuse of the same. I also waive any right to compensation for such uses, and any right to inspect or approve the uses beforehand.
I hereby release TRAINING & EMPORWERMENT WOMEN CONGRESS MB, its legal representatives, and all persons acting under its permission or authority from any liability due to any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in the form of composition, whether intentional or not , that may occur or result from the taking of such photographs or any subsequent processing of them, as well as any publication or other uses of the same. I understand that these photographs or other images may be used solely for educational or promotional purposes for TRAINING & EMPORWERMENT WOMEN CONGRESS MB or for the dissemination of information related to it.
I hereby declare that I am 18 years of age or older and have full right to contract on my own behalf as stated above.
