REFUND POLICY
Ticket Transfer or Donation Policy for the II Congress of
Hispanic Women of Manitoba
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend the II Congress of Hispanic Women of Manitoba, we offer two options: ticket transfer or ticket donation. Please review the following options:
Ticket Transfer
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. The new attendee must be registered and provide their name and contact information to ensure smooth entry to the event.
To transfer your ticket, please email us at womencongressmb@gmail.com with the following details:
Your full name
The name of the person receiving the ticket
The new attendee’s contact information (email and phone number)
Ticket number (if applicable)
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend and do not wish to transfer your ticket, we welcome you to donate your ticket. The donated ticket will be offered to another individual who would benefit from attending but may not have the means to purchase one. To donate your ticket, please email us at womencongressmb@gmail.com with the following: Your full name, Ticket number (if applicable), A brief note indicating you wish to donate your ticket.
Deadline for Ticket Transfer or Donation Ticket
Transfers or donations must be completed at least 7 days before the event (by March 1, 2025) to ensure proper registration for the new attendee or recipient.

Important Notes: Tickets are non-refundable, but you have the option to transfer or donate them as outlined above. If you transfer or donate your ticket, please be sure to notify us as soon as possible to ensure all attendees are properly accounted for.
